Shipping is calculated by the weight of the products in your cart. It will automatically adjust when you add or remove items. It ranges in levels from $4 up to $12. International shipping is also available, please contact us for a shipping quote. We send our products using CourierPost or NZ post. You will be updated with a tracking number once your order has been sent. If you are in a Rural Delivery area you must select 'Rural Delivery' at checkout. This is an up to date pricing for all RD addresses in New Zealand. If you process your order and have not selected Rural Delivery charges, the extra will have to be paid before your order is dispatched. If your order is returned to back to us then you will be liable for any added costs involved in re-shipping or re-directing your parcel.

If you have a change of address for any reason and have not updated your account or emailed us to let us know, you will be liable for any charged incurred for return delivery. Or if your package is delivered to the invoice address and you are no longer living there, BeBops will take no reponsibility for lost or stolen product. Please remember to check your address when placing an order, or if you have a change of circumstances.

Custom Orders

Some of BeBops products are custom made. Where you choose fabrics and colours yourself, these are made to order so can take up to two weeks to be completed and shipped. The turn-around time is generally much shorter than this, and we will keep you updated on your order as it progresses.

You can layby any items with BeBops. Below we have set out some simple terms and conditions to try and keep things tidy for everyone.

  • 15% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of placing your order, once payment terms have been arranged between BeBops and the customer.
  • Full order total must be paid within 3 months, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Order will be shipped once final payment is made. We can arrange for part shipments to be sent early, but this will incur extra postage costs at the customers expense.
  • Layby is not available for sale or specials items, unless specified otherwise.
  • Additional items may be added to your layby at any time, adjust totals and payments will be worked out and agreed upon.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure address details are up to date, as BeBops will ship to the registered address once payment is complete.
  • In the event of a layby being cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable to cover administration time.
  • For multiple PayPal layby payments, you may incurr an extra charge to cover multiple fees charged.

If you are having problems making payments or need extra time, please communicate with us so that we can come to a suitable arrangement. Layby terms may be updated without notice.


Returns/replacements are offered on faulty product only if the fault cannont be repaired, and that its a fault deemed to be from manufacture not from misuse or not following strict washing instructions. If an item was sent in error, the correct product will be sent asap, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Any item accepted for return or refund will be inspected and you will be contacted once the item has been checked and informed of the next step. If you feel any purchase isnt as described or you feel isnt correct in anyway, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. The outcome of this situation is case dependant and varies depending on what the issue may be. Any item returned under this circumstance must be in a sellable condition, ie, not worn, washed or damaged in anyway.

Any products returned as an agreed faulty item will be repaired or replaced and sent back, BeBops will cover your postage cost or offer you a free product as compensation. Any item sent back as an agreed refund or exchange for change of mind will be sent at customers expense. The refund amount is for product cost only, and no shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Please if you have any issue with your products, contact me as soon as possible. If it's something you notice immediately email me, or if its something that happens after months of use let me know! I will do the most i can to get your item working the way it should to keep everyone happy.


We offer a 12 month warranty on our nappies and inserts sold since 1 April 2014 (if you purchased a nappy from the previous owner before this time then please contact us and we will discuss options for repair with you).  The warranty covers the following defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, proof of purchase must be supplied with no exceptions:

Fabric defects, faults in bamboo/PUL/Minky

Sewing defects, missing stitching

Snap defects, missing, cracked or non functional snaps

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by washing excessivly or using products not recommended for nappies. For example but not limited to; using any stain removers, boiling, frequent tumble drying on hot setting, strip washing using baking soda and vinegar, soaking or storing in water or napisan before washing. Nappies bought second hand or bought as 'seconds' are not covered under warranty. 

Not following the washing guidelines can cause problems such as shortening the life of your nappy. Repelling on liquids/leaking, destroying the waterproof membrane (delaminating), perishing the elastics.
